Information received and maintained by our office is confidential under the law. It cannot be divulged to persons who have no legal right to it.
Employees of our offices may discuss the case only with the custodial and noncustodial parent. We are prohibited from disclosing certain information about one parent to the other. We cannot provide specific case information to relatives or spouses of the custodial or noncustodial parent; however, we encourage anyone who has relevant information regarding the child support case of a noncustodial parent to provide this to us.
